Waiver of Liability I hereby acknowledge that there are risks involved in being involved in physical exercise, including the use of exercise machines, free weights, club facilities, training and instruction could cause me or my heir physical harm. I agree that I will assume the risk and full responsibility for any and all injuries, losses, or damages while participating in or at the specific venues or with Chiles Sports Development program at Mercer Island HS and surrounding community. I further agree that I will indemnify and hold harmless, to the maximum extent allowed by law, from injury, loss, death, costs, or other damages to me, my heirs or assigns, or third parties for claims, suits, or related causes of action asserted against Chiles Sports Development and Mercer Island HS and district office, arising from me or my heirs conduct while on the premises of the program or activity. I agree to release and covenant not to sue Chiles Sports Development, with respect to all claims, liabilities, damages or expenses, (including attorney fees and cost) arising out of any injury, damage or other loss to me or heirs connected while participation in CSD performance programs.
